What we collect
When you take an assessment, we collect: the name you enter (optional), your email address, your answers to the assessment questions, what made you interested in the report (optional free text), and your selected region. When you pay, our payment processor (Razorpay) handles your payment details directly - we never see or store your card number.
What we do with it
Your answers are used to compute your scores and generate your PDF report. Your email is used to deliver that report and, if you contact us, to respond to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your answers for anything beyond generating your own report.
Where it's stored
Session data (your answers, scores, and the generated report) is stored so you can return to your report link later. It is not linked to a public profile and is not shared with third parties other than the service providers below.
Third-party services we use
- Razorpay - payment processing.
- Resend - sending your report by email.
- Vercel - hosting and infrastructure.
Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy and security practices.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the data associated with your session, or request it be deleted, by emailing support@mindfathom.com with the email address you used and, if you have it, your report link.
Children
This product is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
